How do you learn how our process actually works?
We interview the person who runs it — usually the one who maintains the spreadsheet — and walk through real records, not the idealized version on the org chart. The gap between the documented process and the actual one is where most internal tools fail, so discovery starts there.
Can you migrate the data that lives in the spreadsheet?
Yes, and it is scoped in from the start. Import tooling is part of the build, including the cleanup pass for the inconsistencies every long-lived spreadsheet accumulates. The goal is a switchover that happens in an afternoon, with the old sheet kept as a read-only archive.
