StratEdge
For procurement, security, and finance

The offshore economics, without the offshore procurement problem.

Most enterprises cannot buy offshore development directly. Vendor onboarding requires a domestic entity, a W-9, a certificate of insurance, an MSA, and a security review — which rules out the firms that would otherwise be cost-competitive.

StratEdge is a U.S. company. Your procurement team processes us the way they process any domestic vendor. The engineering economics happen on our side of the contract, not yours.

Procurement

What your vendor-onboarding checklist needs

  • U.S. legal entity

StratEdge Global LLC. You contract with a domestic company, not an offshore vendor.

  • W-9 and COI on request

Standard documentation package available before the first call if you need it for vendor onboarding.

  • MSA and DPA

We work from your paper or ours. DPA available for engagements processing personal data.

  • Data residency

Client data stays in U.S. regions. EU-region processing available on request for EU entities.

  • Background-checked engineers

Government ID verification, signed NDA and IP assignment, per-project confidentiality terms.

  • Timezone-aligned staffing

We staff for a stated overlap window with your team and commit to it in the SOW.

Engagement shapes that fit enterprise

Dedicated pod
A standing team embedded with your existing engineering org. Monthly retainer, 6–12 month commitment, named engineers, disclosed identity under NDA.
Staff augmentation
Per-seat monthly. Your PM, your process, our engineers. Lowest management overhead on our side, which is reflected in the rate.
Program delivery
A multi-workstream initiative with phased SOWs. We carry the delivery management; you carry the business decisions.

Where we are on compliance

Stated honestly, because overclaiming here is how a deal dies at diligence rather than at qualification.

  • In placeEncryption at rest and in transit, MFA on all staff accounts, row-level data isolation, append-only audit log
  • In placePublished subprocessor list, DPA on request, documented incident response
  • PlannedExternal penetration test
  • PlannedSOC 2 Type I, then Type II
  • On requestHIPAA readiness assessment, ISO 27001

If you have a hard compliance requirement, raise it on the first call. We would rather disqualify ourselves early than waste your security team’s time.

Start with a paid pilot.

No enterprise should sign a six-figure SOW with an unproven vendor. Run a discovery sprint or a single-milestone pilot first, evaluate the actual output, then decide.

  • Fixed fee, two to four weeks
  • Real deliverable you keep regardless of what happens next
  • Full process exposure — you see how we scope, build, and QA
  • Credited against the first full engagement
