Every package is built on a StratEdge Foundation — a maintained starter codebase with auth, payments, deploy pipeline, analytics, and component library already solved and already tested. Your project starts at roughly 60% complete, so you pay for the part that is actually yours.
- Foundations are ours, maintained across every client — a fix for one becomes a fix for all.
- You still own 100% of the delivered code and the IP. The Foundation is licensed to you perpetually as part of the build.
- This is also why scope is capped. The savings come from not rebuilding the foundation, not from rushing your features.

Scope changes
What happens when the scope moves
Free scope creep is the most common way a cheap project quietly becomes a late one. Three rules, applied the same way every time.
Defect — no charge
The work does not meet what was published in the package scope. We fix it at our cost, and the rework is tracked against the engineer rather than your budget.
Clarification — absorbed
Something was ambiguous and the fix is small. We absorb it and log it. If absorbed work passes 8% of a package budget, our scoping was wrong and we fix the package.
Outside scope — quoted first
You want something the published scope excludes. You get a price before anything is built. On packages that is usually a second package; on custom builds it is a written change order.
On enterprise work: Multi-workstream programs, dedicated pods, and long-term retainers are quoted individually. That is the only context where five-figure numbers apply — everything else on this page is priced for founders and small teams.
