Work reaches engineers after we win it.
There is no bidding, no undercutting, and no competing against a hundred applicants on price. StratEdge signs the client, defines the scope, agrees the terms — then publishes the work internally to engineers who actually qualify for it.

Visibility rules
You only see what you qualify for
Eligibility is enforced by the database, not filtered in the interface. An opportunity you do not qualify for is not hidden from you — it does not exist in your query results.
01
Tier floor
Your assigned tier must meet or exceed the opportunity minimum. T1 through T4.
02
Skill match
At least 60% of the required skills, at the stated proficiency level or above.
03
Availability
Your declared weekly hours must cover the commitment. Keep it accurate — staffing runs on it.
04
Timezone overlap
You must be able to cover the stated overlap window with the client anchor timezone.
The board
What a posting looks like
Every field an engineer needs to decide whether to apply — and nothing that identifies the client.
These are examples, not live jobs. StratEdge is pre-launch — the real board is empty. We publish the format so you can judge whether this is worth applying to before you spend two weeks on vetting.

You are not being kept in the dark. You are being kept out of the sales process.
The client contracted StratEdge, not you. We carry the relationship, the scope negotiation, the commercial risk, and the liability. In exchange, the relationship stays ours.
What you do get before accepting: the full technical scope, the stack, the acceptance criteria, the rate, the hours, the duration, and the timezone requirement. Everything you need to judge the work. On long-running pod engagements, identity is disclosed under NDA with client consent — pretending otherwise after six months embedded with a team would be theater.
What this protects you from
- Competing against other engineers — terms are agreed before the posting goes up
- Scope negotiation with a non-technical buyer
- Chasing an invoice, ever. We pay on a committed date.
- Being dropped mid-project because the client changed direction
- Writing proposals that lose
Applications for the founding cohort are open.
