Build software without building the team yourself.
Powered by strategy.
One trusted U.S. company with a global network of vetted engineers. Bring us the problem — StratEdge scopes the project, assembles the right team, manages delivery, and stays accountable from idea to production.

StratEdge is pre-launch. These are real current figures, including the zeros — we are not going to inflate them for a landing page.
The operating model
How StratEdge works
Ten stages, tracked as state in the platform. Not a diagram in a slide deck — every transition below is a status change with an actor, a timestamp, and an audit row.
- 01Client
A business needs software
They have a committed roadmap item and no engineer free to build it.
- 02Client → StratEdge
They hire StratEdge
One MSA, one SOW, one U.S. entity on the invoice. Their procurement team already knows how to process us.
- 03StratEdge
We analyze and scope the project
Written scope, milestones, and acceptance criteria. Ambiguity that survives this step becomes a dispute in month three.
- 04Platform
It goes live in the Engineer Network
A sanitized opportunity is published internally. No client name, no contacts, no contract value.
- 05Engineers
Qualified engineers apply
Only engineers who clear the tier floor, skill match, and timezone overlap can even see it.
- 06Management
Project managers assign the team
Ranked by skill match, delivery history, availability, and cost fit. Assigning outside the top three requires a written reason.
- 07Engineers
Development begins
Milestone by milestone. Blockers surface to the PM the day they appear, not the day the milestone is due.
- 08Internal QA
Every milestone passes a review gate
Checked against the written criteria by a senior reviewer. A milestone cannot ship without a passing review on record.
- 09StratEdge → Client
We deliver
A written summary, the artifacts, the environment. Internal review findings never leave the building.
- 10StratEdge
Handover completes
Client approval transfers source, documentation, credentials, and environments. Full IP assignment, in writing.
The ecosystem
One platform. Multiple businesses.
Agency delivery funds the platform. The platform is the business. Every line below runs on the same operating system, the same engineer network, and the same project operations.

Products — where the margin goes
- Phase 3
StratEdge OS
The system we run our own agency on, licensed to other agencies.
- Phase 4
API catalog
Metered matching, estimation, and summarization endpoints.
- Phase 5
Engineer Academy
Curriculum built from what actually makes delivery succeed.
- Phase 3
Templates & prompt libraries
Productized versions of the assets we build repeatedly.
- Phase 6
Enterprise consulting
Offshore program design and fractional CTO engagements.
- Phase 8
Capacity planning
Forecast bench availability against the incoming project pipeline.
Phase labels are honest. Nothing marked Phase 3 or later exists yet — we are not going to present a sequencing document as a shipped product.
Pricing
Published prices. Published scope.
Fixed-scope packages under $1,500 start the day you order — no proposal cycle. Larger builds get a scoping call and a dedicated project manager.

We become your software department.
Not a staffing agency and not a marketplace. You get a delivery organization: scoping, project management, quality assurance, and one accountable point of contact.
- One U.S. contract, one invoice, one throat to choke
- Fixed milestone pricing — no hourly meters that drift
- Internal QA gate before anything reaches you
- Engineer not working out? We replace from the bench, you do not restart
- IP assigned to you on payment, chain of title documented
Steady work. Paid on the date we promised.
You do not do sales, write proposals, negotiate scope, or chase invoices. You get a scoped milestone, a written definition of done, and a delivery date agreed up front.
- Written scope and acceptance criteria before you accept an assignment
- Four tiers with published progression criteria
- Transparent performance score with a visible breakdown
- Continuous pipeline instead of hunting your next contract
- A distributed team across 16 countries, fully remote
The structural difference
Engineers work behind StratEdge. That is enforced, not promised.
Elsewhere, the client and the contractor talk directly and the platform takes a cut. Here the client relationship belongs to StratEdge — and the separation is implemented in the database, not in a policy document.
Client identity is withheld by default
Opportunities publish the scope only. No organization name, no contacts, no contract value. Disclosure requires owner approval, a signed NDA, and written client consent.
Cross-side messaging has no code path
Engineers cannot be added to a client thread — a database trigger raises on the attempt and row-level security returns zero rows. There is no UI toggle and no API route.
Every state change is audited
Status transitions, assignments, permission grants, and exports write to an append-only log with actor, timestamp, and before/after values. Retained seven years.
Internal opportunity board
The board engineers actually see
Not a public job board. Opportunities exist only after StratEdge signs a client, and each one is visible only to engineers who clear the tier floor, skill match, and timezone requirement.

These are examples, not live jobs. StratEdge is pre-launch, so there is nothing on the real board yet. We are showing the format so an engineer can see exactly what they would be applying to before they spend time on an application.
AI removes the typing. It does not make the decisions.
Sixteen AI features across the platform, every one shaped as a draft a human edits, a signal a human weighs, or a retrieval scoped to what that user could already read.
No automated decision affects payment, assignment, project status, or account standing. Every feature has a manual fallback — nothing in delivery stops when a model provider has an outage.
How we use AI- Requirement summarizer
- Engineer-to-project matching
- Task breakdown & estimation
- Delivery summary drafting
- Risk analysis
- Proposal generation
- Code review assist
- Knowledge search
Client-identifying data is stripped before any request made in an engineering or staffing context. Redaction is enforced at the router, not at the call site.
Have a project in mind?
Bring us the problem. StratEdge scopes it, staffs it, manages it, and delivers it — one accountable company from start to finish.
