Every third party that processes data on our behalf, what they do, and where they do it.
Working draft. This document was prepared during the pre-launch build and has not been reviewed by counsel. It is published for transparency, not as a binding agreement. Your engagement is governed by your signed MSA and SOW.
Current subprocessors
Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery. United States.
Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage. United States (us-east-1).
Stripe — payment processing. United States. Card data goes directly to Stripe; it never reaches our systems.
Resend — transactional email. United States.
Anthropic — AI processing for drafting and analysis features. United States. Client-identifying data is stripped before any request in a staffing or engineering context.
Sentry — error monitoring. United States. Personal data is redacted at serialization.
Changes
We will publish additions here at least 30 days before they take effect. Enterprise customers under a DPA receive direct notice and may object.
