What if the fix is bigger than $99 of work?

You get the diagnosis and a fixed quote. No repair work happens without your approval, and the diagnostic fee is credited against it.

What if you cannot fix it?

You still get the written diagnosis, which is usually enough for whoever can. We will tell you who that is.
